In addition, XERVON has developed ethical guidelines that describe how the company's employees are expected to act in their work for XERVON. The ethical guidelines contain principles for business operations in XERVON, guidelines for personal behavior and examples that show what is acceptable in practice.
XERVON Norway carries out a risk analysis in accordance with the internal control system's procedure: XN-HMS-P19 HSE Risk review. This takes care of steps 1, 2 and 3. The measures from step 3 are also implemented in this year's activity plan for HSE. Step 4 – Evaluation is carried out in the Management's review at the end of the year. The working environment committee is involved in the work throughout the year and has discrimination as a fixed item on the agenda. The company has established procedures for notification in accordance with current legislation. All procedures and relevant documents are available to all employees on the company's intranet.
